Brief History - 2008 to 2015. Everyone is entitled to use a Public Right of Way. Rarely are they altered, obstructed or closed. In 1984 a group of Calstock residents concerned for the future and condition of long established Public Rights of Way branching out from this historic riverside village, formed the Calstock Footpath Society with the clear objective of monitoring and caring for traditional paths used by the local community and visitors to the Tamar Valley.
